Watermark 920 is located just a short drive from Grand Rapids or Holland in Muskegon. It is in a re-purposed furniture factory which gives it a great industrial look. The space is perfect for both large and small events. The full room seats 360 but it has the opinion of being divided into two equally fabulous rooms that hold 240 or 120. Their room rental rates are very reasonable and include black chiavari chairs (yes that's right!), round tables, a limited amount of 8' banquet and high top tables and room set up and tear down. They have both white and black linens available for an additional fee.
Watermark 920 requires renters to use one of their five preferred local caterers: Above & Beyond, Ryke's, Fatty Lumpkins, Harris Hospitality, and Hearthstone. Bar services are available through the venue and desserts are able to be brought in my client.
The patio off the South side would be perfect for a small ceremony or cocktail hour. Watermark 920 also has black leather couches available to rent.
This is the South side of the room that has a capacity of 240. The larger patio is off of this room. These are the standard chairs included in the rental fee. The ceiling is open with painted exposed ducts and pipes. Renters are able to hang decorations from the ceiling if they choose to.

This is the North side of the room that has a capacity of 120. There is a built in bar in the far corner as well as access to the catering prep room.

One of the things I really appreciate about this space is that no matter what size your event is it fits well into the room. With having the divider in between, your event can be intimate without being lost in a huge room or it can be large and seem to still have enough space to move around.
