Hi there! 

My name is Michelle Torno and I am the owner and lead planner of Red Heels Events. I fell in love with wedding planning in 2005 after acting as Mistress of Ceremonies for a good friend. I began the business in 2006 the under the original name of Memorable Events. After spending the 2010 and 2011 wedding seasons working as Lead Planner of Events by September's Bride, I decided to re-open my own company for the 2012 season. The name, Red Heels Events, was born out of my love for red shoes and wanting something that people would remember. It is also a great excuse for me to wear lots of red heels :)

At Red Heels Events, we will work hard to ensure every detail is taken care of so that your event runs smoothly and seamlessly. We look at every event as a large puzzle with multiple smaller pieces, we will assist you in fitting all of those pieces together. Red Heels Events works on weddings and events from the Lake Michigan lake shore to the downtown of Grand Rapids and everywhere in between.

Specializing in event coordination and logistics, we will manage your event from beginning to end. Whether you are in need of assistance with your planning or just someone to pull things together, we will take care of the details so you can sit back and enjoy the moment.
