Although the DePree Manor has been available for rentals for some time now not many people (including yours truly) were aware of that. The Open House last night was a way for them to spread the word to the event industry in hopes of holding more events in this beautiful space.
This beautiful English Manor was built in the 1920's is available to rent on a weekly or weekend basis. It is large enough to host weddings for up to 120 guests in a tent in the private backyard or other events such as family reunions, corporate retreats or even a murder mystery weekend. The house itself can sleep up to 12 and is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, butler's pantry, library, dining room, exercise room, wine cellar and a "speakeasy" pub in the basement.

Above are pictures of the walk through kitchen and the butler's pantry. IN LOVE with the black and white tile floor. There is another area to the kitchen that I didn't take a picture of but it has a beautiful granite counter top and hutch full of glassware.
The staircases are one of my favorite aspects of the house. The one on the left is from the second floor down to the main floor, the crystal chandeliers are amazing. The staircase on the right is looking up from the basement to the main floor.
The master bedroom on the main floor is beautiful. Along with the beautiful sloped ceiling it also boasts his and her bathrooms and getting ready rooms and it has great view of the back yard.
This picture is a little dark but this is the walk through library that also has a work station available with internet access and phone capabilities.
Panoramic view of the basement "speakeasy" lounge. The lounge includes a gorgeous bar, giant TV over the gas fireplace, an exercise room, bathroom, wine cellar, easy outdoor access and fantastic furniture everywhere!
(I really want to buy a flapper costume and get my picture taken on that red chair, just saying.)
The authentic details and decor touches everywhere are wonderful. They really maintain the feel of the house throughout even with the occasional modern convenience mixed in.

$4,995 for a weekend wedding/event - (Friday at 4 pm to Sunday at 11 am) plus tax, insurance, basic cleaning. Additional days are $500 plus tax. A House Manager is required for groups of 15 or more at $75 per hour.
$6,995 for a retreat wedding/event - (Monday at 4 pm to Sunday at 11 am) plus tax, insurance, basic cleaning.
**Overnight guests are not to exceed 12 people. Event pricing is for up to 120 guests, including the 12 overnight guests.
