What to do with all the Flowers?

Are you like me and love to see TONS of flowers at weddings? I have a tips for you to make sure that these flowers are enjoyed long after the reception concludes.

If you are having centerpieces that will be easily taken apart at the end of the reception (i.e. individual or groupings of stems in glassware) have your florist order a package of Floral Sleeves for you. The sleeves are inexpensive and easy to use. Just have your wedding planner or Mistress of Ceremonies place the individual flowers together into small bouquets and send them home with your guests at the end of the night.

If you are having more intricate centerpieces that you would like to give as gifts, purchase the glassware along with the flowers from your florist. Some florists are willing to sell their glassware instead of renting it or they will purchase it up front for you when placing the floral order. Although you can find your own glassware places like Hobby Lobby or Michael's relatively inexpensive, your florist may be able to order is wholesale for a better deal.
