Real Wedding - Noelle & Ben

For the last three years, I have been a part of a group of wedding vendors that have donated aspects of a wedding for a giveaway as part of a bridal show. This year's couple was so sweet and so deserving of the amazing package they won. Everything from flowers, food, and tuxedos to cakes, rentals and my planning services were included in this package. Ben and Noelle pulled all of these gifts together into a beautiful July wedding and I was honored to be a part of their big day.

Fall Inspiration Shoot

Way back in April, I had the idea to put together a Fall Inspiration shoot. Autumn is my very favorite time of the year and the perfect backdrop for a true Michigan wedding. I emailed Kellie Hetler of Hetler Photography and shared my vision and she quickly jumped on board. We put together an amazing vendor lineup and after 6 months of planning and lots of hard work everything came together seamlessly.

The perfect setting for this shoot was my grandparents farm, Pine Spring Ranch. The barn was built by my late grandfather from reclaimed wood. The pond, with it's water wheel, dock and covered bridge has and will always have a dear place in my heart. I grew up playing here and have so many memories surrounding it. And now, even more, after incorporating it in the job that I love!

The Outstanding Vendor Team:
Event Design and Coordination: Red Heels Events
Photography: Hetler Photography
Floral: Eastern Floral, Grand Haven
Paper Products: Paper and Ink Designs
Glassware: The Rental Company
Grunt work: My gracious family!!

Our gorgeous models are Sarah and Brandon, Kellie's sister-in-law and brother-in-law. They were incredibly sweet and wonderful to work with.

I was BLOWN AWAY by this bouquet that Skeeter from Eastern Floral did for us. The amount of depth, color and texture incorporated in it was breathtaking. I can never thank him enough for the work he did on this shoot.

The barn looked so cool lit up after dark. I even noticed cars stopping on the road across the field!

I will be breaking down each part of the shoot so please stay tuned!
